Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SkinAnthology.com website and your receipt of services at Skin Anthology ("Skin Anthology," "we," "us," or "our"), a medical spa located in Los Angeles, California.

By booking an appointment — whether online, by phone, or in person — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not book or receive services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

Services Offered

Skin Anthology provides a range of medical aesthetic and wellness services, including but not limited to:

• Injectables (including neuromodulators such as Botox and dermal fillers)
• Laser treatments (including laser skin resurfacing, hair removal, and pigmentation correction)
• Facials and advanced skin care treatments
• Body contouring treatments
• IV therapy and wellness infusions

All injectable and medical treatments are performed by or under the supervision of licensed medical professionals. Service availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to decline or modify services at our professional discretion based on client health, safety, or suitability assessments.

Appointments & Cancellations

Scheduling

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person. A valid credit card may be required to secure your booking. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for intake forms and consultation.

Cancellation Policy

No-Show Policy

Clients who do not show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may be charged a no-show fee and may be required to prepay for future bookings. Repeated no-shows may result in the inability to schedule future appointments.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients. The full service fee will still apply. If you are significantly late, we may need to reschedule your appointment at our discretion.

Age Requirements

All clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive services at Skin Anthology. We reserve the right to request valid government-issued photo identification at any time to verify age prior to treatment.

Services will not be performed on any individual under the age of 18 under any circumstances, including with parental or guardian consent, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Medical Disclaimer & Results

No Guarantee of Results

All aesthetic and medical treatments involve individual variation. Skin Anthology makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties — express or implied — regarding specific outcomes, results, or the success of any treatment.

Results depend on a variety of factors including skin type, medical history, lifestyle, age, and individual response to treatment. Actual results may vary significantly from person to person, including from before-and-after images shown on our website or marketing materials.

Health Disclosures

It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical history, current medications, allergies, and health conditions prior to treatment. Failure to disclose accurate and complete health information may affect the safety and outcome of your treatment. Skin Anthology is not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from withheld or inaccurate health disclosures.

Not a Substitute for Medical Care

Services provided by Skin Anthology are aesthetic in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Nothing provided during your visit should be interpreted as medical advice. Please consult your primary care physician or a licensed specialist for any medical concerns.

Informed Consent

Prior to receiving any treatment, you will be required to review and sign an informed consent form specific to the service(s) you are receiving. This form will outline the nature of the treatment, potential risks, side effects, contraindications, and aftercare requirements.

By signing the consent form, you confirm that you have been given the opportunity to ask questions and that you voluntarily consent to the treatment. No service will be performed without a completed and signed consent form.

Consent forms are specific to each treatment. If you receive multiple services, you may be asked to sign more than one form.

Photo & Image Consent

Treatment Documentation

Skin Anthology may take before-and-after photographs as part of your clinical record. These photos are used solely for treatment tracking and internal documentation purposes and are kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Marketing Use

We will only use your images for marketing, social media, educational, or promotional purposes if you have provided separate, explicit written consent. This consent is entirely voluntary and will not affect the quality of care you receive.

You may withdraw your marketing photo consent at any time by contacting us in writing at info@skinanthology.com. Withdrawal of consent does not apply retroactively to materials already published.

Payments & Refund Policy

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at our location. Prices are subject to change without notice. Any applicable taxes will be added to your total.

No Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your results, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can discuss your concerns and explore appropriate next steps, which may include a complimentary follow-up consultation at our discretion.

Pre-Paid Packages

Pre-paid treatment packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused sessions in a package do not carry a cash value and may expire as noted at the time of purchase. Package terms will be provided to you in writing at the time of sale.

Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift Cards

Skin Anthology gift cards are available for purchase and may be redeemed toward services and eligible retail products. Gift cards are non-refundable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

Gift cards do not expire. Skin Anthology is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards.

Promotional Offers & Discounts

Promotional offers, discounts, and special pricing are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Some services may be excluded from promotional pricing.

Promotional offers are non-transferable and have no cash value. Skin Anthology reserves the right to verify eligibility for any promotional offer.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Skin Anthology, its owners, staff, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website, including but not limited to adverse reactions, dissatisfaction with results, or loss of income.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to services provided shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable California law.

Intellectual Property

All content on SkinAnthology.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and treatment descriptions, is the property of Skin Anthology and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
